Location: Southeast Region (Florida and Georgia)
Salary: $170,000 to $210,000 base + 20% bonus potential + full benefits package
We’re partnered with a top-tier Industrial General Contractor that consistently delivers high-quality tilt-up and precast projects across the country. With a strong pipeline of work across Florida and Georgia, they are looking to bring on a proven General Superintendent to oversee operations across the Southeast region.
The role:
You will be the senior field leader across multiple industrial projects, ensuring that schedules, budgets, safety standards, and client expectations are met across all sites. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple superintendents and project teams while maintaining strong communication with internal leadership and clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the field operations of multiple industrial projects across FL and GA
- Lead and mentor project superintendents and field staff
- Drive project execution, quality control, and safety compliance
- Partner closely with project management teams to ensure alignment
- Represent the company in client-facing situations and maintain strong relationships
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in industrial construction
- Strong background in tilt-up or precast concrete projects
- Proven experience managing multiple job sites or regions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast as needed
Compensation:
- Base salary of $170,000 to $210,000 depending on experience
