Salary: $200,000–$240,000 base + bonus + vehicle allowance

Join a highly reputable general contractor with $2bil active projects in the Carolinas, including a strong workload in the Raleigh / Durham regions.

This is a senior leadership role where you will have a team of 4-5 senior superintendents reporting directly to you. You will also have oversight of field operations on projects across life sciences / data centers / mission critical projects in the Triangle region with project valued up to $100mil+.

What They’re Looking For

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a commercial construction superintendent for a general contractor
• Experience as a Lead / Senior Superintendent on projects valued $60mil plus (commercial, life sciences, healthcare, mission critical, data centers or manufacturing)
• Must have experience managing and leading teams of experienced Superintendents
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Within a 1-hour commute from Raleigh, NC
