Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on Automotive and industrial experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating diverse teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to ensure work meets specifications.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality control measures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Superintendent, preferably in Automotive and industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
