About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial interior construction projects. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in framing and drywall systems , has a proven ability to lead and manage large field crews , and thrives in a fast-paced project environment .
This is a high-impact leadership role with a well-established interiors contractor focused on delivering high-quality results on tight schedules. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining field productivity, safety, and coordination across multiple trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all field operations on assigned projects
Oversee scheduling, manpower, and resource allocation for framing/drywall scopes
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines
Lead, mentor, and motivate field crews and subcontractors
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders for smooth communication and execution
Proactively identify and resolve job site issues to minimize delays or disruptions
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in commercial interior construction, with a strong background in framing and drywall
Demonstrated success in managing large field crews across multiple jobsites
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and safety protocols
