Our client, a leading builder of mission critical infrastructure, is seeking a Construction General Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale hyperscale data center projects across Texas. This role oversees site execution, manages multiple superintendents and trade partners, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while partnering closely with project management and client teams.
The General Superintendent will direct ground-up data center construction , including core and shell, MEP infrastructure, and mission critical systems such as electrical distribution, generators, UPS systems, cooling infrastructure, and commissioning readiness. Responsibilities include managing daily field operations, driving subcontractor coordination, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining schedule through detailed planning and look-ahead coordination.
Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of construction superintendent experience, including 5+ years delivering data center projects , with a proven ability to manage complex construction environments, lead large field teams, and deliver high-value mission critical projects on aggressive schedules.
