Flowtec Construction is partnering with an established $500M general contractor looking to add a General Superintendent to its Chicago leadership team.
The company delivers a diverse range of projects throughout Chicagoland, including:
- Commercial interiors
- Hospitality
- Entertainment venues
- Specialty projects
This is a senior field leadership position with responsibility for the performance of multiple projects and the continued development of the company’s field operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and oversight to Superintendents across multiple active projects
- Planning field staffing and allocating resources across the company’s project portfolio
- Supporting projects during preconstruction with constructability, logistics and scheduling input
- Reviewing project progress and identifying schedule, safety or quality risks
- Stepping into challenging projects and developing practical recovery plans
- Establishing consistent field processes and operational standards
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and development of field personnel
- Mentoring Superintendents and helping build the company’s next generation of field leaders
- Strengthening relationships with clients, subcontractors and project partners
- Partnering with executive leadership on operational planning and future growth

Compensation
- 15–20% annual bonus
- $750–$1,000 monthly vehicle allowance
