Due to sustained growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced General Superintendent to help lead the delivery of some of the largest water infrastructure projects in Arizona .

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent leading major water infrastructure projects.
- A strong background delivering Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) .
- Experience overseeing ground-up water/wastewater treatment projects valued at $100M+ .
- The ability to manage multiple Superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors across complex projects.
- A proven track record of driving safety, quality, schedule, and productivity on large-scale construction programs.
- Experience coordinating with Project Management, Preconstruction, Owners, Engineers, and Municipal stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
- The ability to build and lead high-performing field teams while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
