General Radiologist with Procedures

Radiology Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site General Radiologist for their Nashville, TN practice. This role offers a partnership track option and requires comfort with a variety of procedure work. The position provides an opportunity to join a well-supported, physician-led group covering multiple hospitals and imaging centers across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedure work including PICC lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, core biopsies, fine needle aspirations, thyroid biopsies, lumbar puncture, myelograms, arthrograms, abscess drainage, nephrostomy and biliary tube placement, and fluoroscopy procedures
• Handle 8-10 patient facing cases in a normal day
• Participate in Dx Call, approximately 1 overnight call shift every 3 weeks

Compensation

• Full-time median partner compensation
• Incentive bonus options

• Salary range for this position is $600,000-$900,000

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• 10 remote Dx weekends annually (210 shifts)
• Dx Call - approximately 1 overnight call shift every 3 weeks
• Part-time Partner and Associate Physician options also available

Requirements

• Comfortable with procedure work
• Experience with PICC lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, core biopsies, fine needle aspirations, thyroid biopsies, lumbar puncture, myelograms, arthrograms, abscess drainage, nephrostomy and biliary tube placement, and fluoroscopy procedures
• A plus if experienced with kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, and pain management procedures such as epidural steroid injections
• Fellows and Residents welcome to apply
• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Licensed in or have the ability to be licensed in the state of TN and KY
