General Radiologist with Procedures

Radiology Partners is seeking a full-time General Radiologist to join their practice in Bowling Green, KY. This on-site role offers a partnership track option and involves a variety of procedure work. • Covers 13 hospitals and 17 imaging centers across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky

• Subspecialty help available with dedicated readers for MSK, Neuro, & Peds cases with complexity beyond general skillsets

Responsibilities

• Perform procedure work including PICC lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, core biopsies, fine needle aspirations, thyroid biopsies, lumbar puncture, myelograms, arthrograms, abscess drainage, nephrostomy and biliary tube placement, and fluoroscopy procedures
• Handle 8-10 patient facing cases in a normal day
• Participate in 10 remote Dx weekends annually
• Take approximately 1 overnight Dx call shift every 3 weeks

Compensation

• Salary range for this position is $600,000-$900,000
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• 10 remote Dx weekends annually (210 shifts)
• Approximately 1 overnight Dx call shift every 3 weeks

Requirements

• Comfortable with procedure work
• Experience with PICC lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, core biopsies, fine needle aspirations, thyroid biopsies, lumbar puncture, myelograms, arthrograms, abscess drainage, nephrostomy and biliary tube placement, and fluoroscopy procedures
• A plus if experienced with kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, and pain management procedures such as epidural steroid injections
• Fellows and Residents welcome to apply
• Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Licensed in or have the ability to be licensed in the state of TN and KY
