Radiology Associates of Canton (RAC) is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Radiologist to join our remote evening team. This role offers flexible scheduling with options for both Associate and Partnership tracks, allowing you to choose your own hours to maintain a strong work-life balance. You will interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency medicine settings while working with a collaborative, physician-led group.

- Remote practice setting
- RAC serves Aultman Hospital main campus, Aultman Orrville Hospital, Aultman Alliance Community Hospital, Southwest General Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Foundation Union Hospital sites, and other locations in Cuyahoga, Stark, Tuscarawas and Wayne Counties
- Partners with Aultman, Mercy, and NEOMED to offer a four-year ACGME-accredited residency training program in diagnostic radiology
- Physician owned and operated group consisting of 29 sub-specialized radiologists, PAs, and an RA
Shift & Schedule
- Evening/2nd shift
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
- Schedule for Remote Evening Associate: 7 on/14 off (ending at 10pm-12am, you choose)
- Schedule for Remote Evening Partner: 7 on/14 off + 28 additional half evening shifts (ending at 10pm-12am, you choose)
Responsibilities
- Comfortable with all modalities within subspecialty
- Comfortable reading general radiology for outpatient, inpatient and emergency medicine
- Opportunities to grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice
Compensation
- Total starting compensation of $425K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing) for Remote Evening Associate
- Commencement bonus of $50K for Remote Evening Associate
- Total starting compensation of $490K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing) for Remote Evening Partner
- Commencement bonus of $50K for Remote Evening Partner
- Substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and partner compensation averaging $800K annually
