Radiology Partners North Houston is seeking a highly skilled General Radiologist to lead their expanding practice at a Level II Trauma Center in Conroe, TX. This role involves overseeing clinical operations and maintaining a diagnostic radiology practice, with leadership responsibilities focused on ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and strategic growth. Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations while maintaining a diagnostic radiology practice
• Oversee radiology services to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Partner with hospital administration to drive strategic growth and performance metrics
• Implement best practices and quality initiatives
• Serve as the primary liaison between radiology, hospital leadership, and referring physicians
• Support recruitment, mentorship, and development of radiology staff

• The salary range for this position is $425,000-$750,000
• This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with occasional call flexible scheduling

Requirements

• Texas licensure preferred but not required
• Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Diagnostic Imaging (ABR or AOBR)
• Prior leadership experience or a strong interest in medical administration
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
