Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is seeking a General Radiologist to join its practice in Pensacola, FL. This full-time position involves splitting time between inpatient and outpatient settings, primarily serving Sacred Heart Hospital, a 560+-bed Level III trauma center. The role offers partnership-track eligibility, a commencement bonus, and internal moonlighting opportunities, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Practice Info

  • Work location is on-site in Pensacola, FL, with a mix of onsite at Sacred Heart Hospital and remote shifts.
  • Sacred Heart Hospital is a 560+-bed hospital, a Level III trauma center, and the region's only Pediatric Trauma Referral Center.
  • The practice utilizes MosaicOSTM, a cloud-based, AI-native platform for imaging, and Mosaic ReportingTM, which uses ambient AI and large language models (LLMs) for structured reports.
  • The practice is locally and democratically led.
  • Physicians serve as teaching physicians for the University of South Florida Department of Radiology in Tampa and staff the Florida State University College of Medicine in Sarasota.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000.
  • This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
  • Commencement bonus.
  • Internal moonlighting opportunities - read as much or as little as you prefer.

Shift & Schedule

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. EST) or 7 on/7 off.
  • Low volume of weekend shifts for partners (12 weekend days a year).

Requirements

  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Board-eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
  • Medical license or the ability to obtain a license in the state of Florida.
  • J-1 visa sponsorship available.
  • Fellowship training is a plus, but not required.
