General Radiologist

RP Brazosport, a leading imaging practice in Texas, is seeking a full-time General Radiologist to join their established team in Lake Jackson, Texas. This position offers a unique hybrid schedule with minimal onsite requirements, immediate partnership, and flexible scheduling, ensuring an exceptional quality of life. The role involves reading a mix of general diagnostic radiology, mammography, and light interventional radiology, with compensation and benefits equal to current partners.

Practice Info

• Hybrid general radiology role with approximately one onsite shift per week
• Provide coverage for St. Luke's Health Brazosport Hospital and Matagorda Regional Medical Center
• Practice within a collegial, well-established group with strong physician relationships
• Physician-led and physician-owned practice

Responsibilities

• Read a mix of general diagnostic radiology, mammography, and light interventional radiology
• Provide coverage for St. Luke's Health Brazosport Hospital and Matagorda Regional Medical Center

Compensation

• Base Salary: $550,000-$650,000
• Partnership from Day One
• Compensation, benefits, and paid time off equal to current partners

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Hybrid Schedule - Approximately 80% Remote / 20% Onsite
• Approximately 160 Shifts Per Year
• Flexible Scheduling & Vacation Planning
• Day, Evening & Weekend Shifts Shared Equitably Among the Group
• Evening & Weekend Coverage Performed Remotely
• Average of five evening shifts per month, performed remotely
• Average of one weekend shift per month, performed remotely

Requirements

• BE or BC (ABR or AOBR)
• Texas medical license or ability to obtain
• Comfortable with general diagnostic radiology, mammography, and light interventional radiology
