  • The practice is located in Alexandria, LA, serving a city with a population of approximately 150,000.
  • Radiologists work in a strong clinical partnership with referring physicians and utilize modern imaging technology.
  • Rapides Regional Medical Center is a 380-bed tertiary care hospital, a Level II Trauma Center, and a designated Primary Stroke Center.
  • The hospital offers a diverse and clinically engaging case mix, including emergency, trauma, neuro, oncology, cardiovascular, and advanced imaging services.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret general diagnostic radiology.

Compensation

  • Highly competitive compensation.
  • The earning potential for this position is $550,000-$650,000.
  • This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
  • Generous Sign on Bonus - $100,000.

Shift & Schedule

  • Day/1st Shift.
  • Full-time (30+ hrs/week).
  • M-F schedule - onsite.
  • 1:4 weekend call coverage- remote.

Requirements

  • Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Share a vision for an integrative and collaborative care model with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Open to General or any fellowship trained subspecialty (MSK, Neuro).
  • Fellows and residents welcome to apply.
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
  • Must have active Louisiana medical license or ability to obtain.
  • J-1 visa sponsorship available.
