Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) is seeking full-time remote General Radiologists to join their late evening team, supporting 7 health systems, 29 hospitals, and 70 ambulatory care centers across Ohio. This role offers flexible scheduling with Associate and Partnership Track opportunities, allowing radiologists to choose start times that promote work-life balance within a highly collaborative, physician-led group. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies and performing non-subspecialty reads.

- Supporting 7 health systems, 29 hospitals (including 3 Level 1 Trauma Centers) and 70 ambulatory care centers
- Physician Owned, Physician Led practice
- Operates an internal 24/7 Results Communication Center support team, "CORE" (Center of Radiology Excellence) to coordinate care and clinical contact
- CRC is the fifth largest and one of the fastest growing practices in the country, with 180+ board-certified and subspecialty trained radiologists
Responsibilities
- Interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies
- Performing non-subspecialty reads
Compensation
- Total Starting Compensation (Associate): $450,000 (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
- Commencement Bonus (Associate): $50,000
- Total Starting Compensation (Partner): $490,000 (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
- Commencement Bonus (Partner): $50,000
- Substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation
- Partner compensation averaging $800,000 annually
- The salary range for this position is $450,000-$1,000,000
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule
- Overnight/3rd Shift
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
- Remote Late-Night Associate: 1 week on / 2 weeks off (ending at 1am-3am, you choose)
- Remote Late-Night Partner: 1 week on / 2 weeks off + 21 additional half evening shifts (ending at 1am-3am, you choose)
- Flexible scheduling, with choice of start times
Requirements
- Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Ohio
- Comfortable with all modalities within subspecialty
- Comfortable reading general radiology for outpatient, inpatient and emergency medicine
