General Radiologist

Coastal Radiology, an affiliate of Radiology Partners, is seeking a Remote General Radiologist to join their expanding team. This role offers a fully remote daytime opportunity with flexible scheduling, including 7 on/7 off or Monday-Friday options, or a hybrid option for those interested in working onsite in New Bern, North Carolina. The position provides a supportive and collegial practice environment with established infrastructure for efficient workflow and long-term partnership growth.

Practice Info

• Physician-led, multispecialty radiology group comprised of 15 radiologists
• Provides comprehensive diagnostic and interventional radiology services
• Serves one regional medical center and six outpatient imaging facilities
• Supported by a robust, in-house IT team

Responsibilities

• Interpret a wide range of general radiology studies, including X-rays, CTs, MRIs, and ultrasounds, across multiple subspecialties
• Subspecialty work is available in MSK, MRI, Neuro, and Breast

Compensation

• Competitive salary with a $25,000 commencement bonus, retention bonuses, and incentive bonuses
• The range for this position is $500,000-$850,000 with the opportunity to earn more through productivity incentives

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Fully remote daytime options include 7 on/7 off, 7 on/14 off, or Monday-Friday with minimal weekends
• Flexible daytime shifts, including 8 a.m.-5 p.m. EST or 9 a.m.-6 p.m. EST
• No call for the remote position
• Hybrid option available in New Bern, North Carolina, with a Monday-Friday schedule and flexibility in start and end times
• Hybrid weekend coverage is one weekend per month, read from home, with time off following the weekend

Requirements

• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills
• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Licensed or ability to obtain license in North Carolina
• Fellows and residents welcome to apply
• MQSA qualification, breast biopsies, and light IR are a plus for the hybrid option
• Experience Reading PET, Prostate and Breast MRI a plus
