General Radiologist

RP North Houston, a physician-led radiology practice, is seeking two General or Subspecialized Radiologists to join their team in Kingwood and Conroe, Texas. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice at Level II Trauma Centers with potential leadership responsibilities, influencing strategic growth and operational excellence. The position provides a balanced Monday-Friday schedule with no call requirements, fostering a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead expanding programs at Level II Trauma Centers
• Influence strategic growth, quality initiatives, and operational excellence
• Maintain an active general diagnostic radiology practice
• Read a broad mix of diagnostic studies with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests

Compensation

• Competitive Compensation with productivity model and incentives
• Base Salary: $500,000-$650,000+
• Commencement Bonus: $50,000
• Leadership opportunities available with additional compensation

• Partnership track 1 year

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift

• Monday-Friday Hybrid Remote and Onsite Day Schedule; 8AM-5PM'

Requirements

• BE or BC (ABR or AOBR)
• Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• Texas license preferred or ability to obtain
