General Radiologist

Radiology Partners Crossroads is seeking a full-time, on-site Radiologist to join their growing physician-led practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice across Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center, with a balanced mix of general radiology modalities. The position provides strong subspecialty support, academic engagement, and opportunities for leadership and practice growth.

• Physician-led radiology practice
• Serving Ascension St. Vincent Hospital and affiliated sites across Indianapolis, Indiana
• Practice across Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Balanced mix of general radiology modalities including XR, CT, MRI, and US
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams across a large health system

Responsibilities

• Practice across Ascension St. Vincent Hospital
• Perform general radiology modalities including XR, CT, MRI, and US
• Perform optional light interventional procedures depending on interest and skillset including paracentesis and thoracentesis, arthrograms, lumbar puncture, myelograms
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams
• Contribute to practice growth, service line development, and clinical leadership
• Engage in academic activities through teaching, mentorship, collaboration, and future residency program growth

Compensation

• $650,000 with Earnings Potential above $900,000
• Six-figure bonus package plus productivity incentives

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Monday - Friday schedule

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or AOBR)
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Comfort with general radiology case mix
• Light IR experience a plus but not required
• Fellows and practicing radiologists encouraged to apply
