Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Position Summary
The General Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by operating equipment, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient production environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
* Assemble, package, and inspect products to meet quality specifications.
* Monitor production processes and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
* Perform quality checks and document production results.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing standards.
* Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials as needed.
* Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
* Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to improve production efficiency.
