Employment Solutions is seeking a Door Production / Assembly Associate to support door manufacturing in a warehouse/production environment in Grand Prairie, Texas. Work may include operating production equipment, building doors on an assembly line, machining doors for hardware installation, inspecting product quality, and staging/packaging finished product for delivery.
Pay: $17.25 - weekly pay
Shift: 1st 6a-230p
Responsibilities
- Operate small and large machines used in door production
- Build doors on an assembly line
- Machine doors for hardware installation
- Inspect finished product for quality
- Material prep and material handling
- Stage and package finished product for shipment/delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements / Preferences
- Stand for 8-10 hours per shift
- Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs (over 50 lbs requires team lift)
- Experience (doors, woodwork or cabinets)
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Basic knowledge of building materials
- Ability to perform simple math, use basic hand tools and measuring tools
