- Virtual Primary Care practice combined with in person care in Charlotte NC
- Employment is shift-based, with each clinician working 32 hours per week on a rotating basis.
- 60% VPC and 40% Extended Care
- Clinic Hours 8am-8pm Mon-Sun
- Shifts: Weekend Shifts – Saturday and Sunday 8-8 in-person and then 8 hours virtually either on Friday or Monday
- Call: 1 week every 6-8 weeks (phone back up for Nocturnist support)
- Clinical assistance via virtual medical assistants and care coordination support via referral coordinators
- Patients can schedule directly with their physician, preserving the trusted physician-patient relationship found in traditional practices
- Nutrition counseling, Parent education, Virtual house calls, Chronic disease management, Lactation support, and Behavioral health consultation are services offered by the virtual primary care practice
- In person care provided through Extended Care Clinic offering full primary care services
Requirements
- Board Certified Pediatrician
- At least 3 years of practice experience
- Patients seen in person in Charlotte, NC office
- Our virtual pediatricians will care for patients in NC, SC, GA, AL, IL, and WI.

Demonstrates expertise in Pediatric Care with a focus on both in-person and virtual patient management. Proficient in Chronic Disease Management, Nutrition Counseling, and Behavioral Health Consultation within a primary care setting.
