General Pediatrician – Greater Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

Full‑time or part‑time opportunities within 20 minutes of Scranton and 2.5 hours of Philadelphia and New York City. Full‑time: 32 hours per week (4‑day work week). Part‑time schedules discussable. 100% outpatient care with no hospital duties. Weekend call coverage (1:5) filtered by nurse triage – typically 2‑3 calls per evening.

Compensation: Negotiable base salary $190,000–$220,000 per year plus productivity bonuses up to $60,000. Average daily patient volume 20‑26.

Requirements
