The Department of Pediatrics at the Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center of New York is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified General Pediatricians to join their team in the Fast Track area of the Emergency Department. This role offers the opportunity to provide thoughtful and timely patient care within a busy, Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center. Clinicians will be part of a large, skilled team dedicated to serving the growing pediatric community in the New York metropolitan area.
Practice Info
- Practice in the Fast Track area of the Emergency Department at CCMC.
- The PEM team consists of 33 attendings, 9 fellows, and 6 advance care providers.
- The department layout includes 33 individual patient exam rooms and 2 critical care/trauma bays.
- Busiest American College of Surgeons Pediatric Level 1 Trauma Center in NY state.
- Volume is approximately 70,000 visits a year.
- Dedicated behavioral health area, as well as a behavioral health urgicenter.

Compensation
- Highly competitive salary
- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.
