General Otolaryngologist – Partnership Track

This is a full-time position with a clear partnership track , as we are looking to replace a departing partner. The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Practice

• 4-surgeon group with a strong, collegial team culture

Call and Hospital Coverage

• Shared paid call schedule covering two local hospitals

• Call responsibilities are evenly distributed among physicians

Requirements

• MD or DO degree

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

• Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota
