Lead all field operations while maintaining a relentless commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and schedule.
Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and field personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
Drive construction schedules, manpower planning, sequencing, and milestone completion on large, complex projects.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, Design Teams, and Client Representatives to proactively resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Conduct regular jobsite meetings and communicate project progress, risks, and recovery strategies to project leadership.
Ensure work is performed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
Oversee inspections, commissioning activities, turnover planning, punch list completion, and project closeout.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while mentoring field leaders and developing future talent.
Maintain strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies while fostering an environment where safety is the highest priority.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent within General Contracting or Electrical Construction.
Experience leading large commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, manufacturing, semiconductor, healthcare, or data‑center projects is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple trade partners while maintaining schedule, quality, and budget expectations.
Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technically demanding construction environment.
Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms is preferred.
OSHA certifications and additional safety credentials are considered a plus.
