Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on CompassHealth Center when in crisis – every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.
About This Role
Between our 3 locations across the Chicagoland area, ever-growing virtual program, newest East Coast facility in Maryland, and our upcoming sites in Minnesota and Wisconsin, we have plenty of opportunities for a wide variety of clinical backgrounds and interests.
Who You Are
- Licensed or possess the ability to obtain license as an Advance Practiced Nurse in the State you are applying to.
- ANCC National Board Certification in Psychiatry- PMHNP Certification.
- Prescriptive Authority
- DEA license
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State you are applying to.
- DNP or MSN from an accredited Nursing Program
- CPR certified
- Experience with patients in crisis
- Experience with multiple specialties including mood and anxiety, mental health and substance use, OCD and complex anxiety, and trauma.

Compass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health, bringing passion, connection, and patient‑centered care to the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient space (PHP/IOP). Based in Chicagoland, we serve hundreds of patients every day, ranging from ages 5 through adulthood, in our onsite facilities or through our flourishing virtual programming.
