Practice Info

• Position involves the handling of hazardous drugs and/or hazardous drug contaminated products.

Responsibilities

• Examine patient health to diagnose clinical conditions and prescribe medication, treatments, and follow-up care as required.
• Provide care directly and indirectly by working with an interdisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans.
• Timely record patient encounters in Electronic Health Record.
• Request further medical evaluations and make referrals as necessary.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and commit to department collaboration to provide quality patient care.
• Ensure accurate coding of all patient visits.
• Comply with policies, procedures, bylaws, credentialing processes, and standards of care consistent with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with the Compliance and Privacy Program and Standards of Conduct, including immediate reporting of safety or privacy concerns.

Qualifications

• Required: Board certified or eligible for certification in physician's primary specialty
• Required: Licensed Practicing Provider MD/DO
• Required: Credentialed and willing to maintain clinical practice
• Must be able to travel throughout and between facilities
• Individuals who reside in and will work from Colorado, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C. are not eligible for remote work positions
