- Setting: Hospital and outpatient imaging
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 8-hour days
- Weekly Hours: 40
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,540 - $1,650
- Call Coverage: Weekend call rotation for STAT imaging requests
- Float Requirement: May float to a nearby outpatient imaging center
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI Tech experience preferred; 2 years strongly preferred
- Current MRI Technologist certification
- Applicable ARRT credentials required
- Experience using Cerner required
- Ability to work a day shift schedule with weekend call rotation
- Cardiac MRI experience is a plus
- Experience with MRI under anesthesia is helpful
- Must be comfortable supporting both main campus and outpatient imaging coverage as needed
- Perform high-quality MRI exams in support of general and specialized radiology needs
- Provide safe, efficient patient care during routine and STAT MRI procedures
- Collaborate with the imaging team to keep workflow moving smoothly throughout the day
- Respond to weekend call coverage for urgent imaging requests
- Assist with MRI studies for a variety of clinical needs, including stroke rule-out cases
- Support MRI procedures performed with anesthesia when needed
- Float to the outpatient imaging center when assigned
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established imaging protocols
