nGeneral Managers. It's a tough job, one that
nneeds a natural like you. Of course, you'll need
nsome skills- judgment, math and the ability to
nmulti-task.
nDuties & Responsibilities: General managers
nare responsible for everything that happens
nduring the shift. This includes cost control,
ninventory control, cash control and customer
nrelations. You set the tone and the example for
nthe store and you have to be on your game
n100% of the time!
nYour job responsibilities would include (but are
nnot limited to):
n• Perform all the duties of the Customer
nServices Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
n• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees
nduring your scheduled shift.
n• Responsible for all store operations.
n• Greeting customers and taking orders with a
nsmile (yes, you even have to smile when you
nanswer the phone)!
n• Operating the cash register and collecting
npayment from customers.
n• Making fast, accurate and consistent products
nwhile complying with all portion sizes, recipes
nand baking procedures.
n• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to
nthe customer in a safe and courteous manner.
n• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from
nthe first thing the customer sees all the way to
nthe back of the store.
n• Maintain a professional appearance at all
ntimes in compliance within the Domino's Pizza
nGrooming Standards.
nWhat are we looking for?

nBut here are a few skills you should have to be
na successful General Manager:
n• Experience leading a team; during your shift,
nyou will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to
n30 people. You will need to use your stellar
nattitude and motivational skills to get them in
nthe right place, at the right time and doing the
nright thing all while creating a great place to
nwork.
n• A clean driving record and the ability to pass
na Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a
npriority for us and we want to make sure
nanyone we put on the road is safe to be there.
nYou will also need access to reliable vehicle
nthat is insured and have a valid driver's license
n• A great role model - you're the person
neveryone will look to. From being on time for
nyour shift, to having a great attitude to
ncustomers and co-workers and even how you
ndress - you have to have high standards for
nyourself and the rest of the team.
n• Our stores are open 7 days a week. Yes,
nthat's right even on the weekends and the
nholidays; that's when we are busiest! While you
nschedule is pretty flexible, you have to be
nwilling to work when the team needs you the
nmost.
n• You have to be at least 18 years old.

nWORK CONDITIONS
nExposure to:
nVarying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.
nSudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust.
nCramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
nHot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.
nSharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
nSENSING
nTalking and hearing on telephone.
nNear and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
nDepth perception.
nAbility to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
nTEMPERAMENTS
nThe ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgements and decisions.
nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSincluding, but not limited to the following:
nStanding: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
nWalking: Surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48.

nPaperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table
nLifting
nBulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
nDeliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'.
nCases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.
nCarrying
nLarge cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
nOccasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
nTrays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
