The Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands‑on Store General Manager to lead our Woodlake location. As the highest‑ranking leader at your store, you'll oversee every department — Kitchen, Front of House, and Carnicería — and be responsible for the people, operations, and culture that make your location run well. You won't be working the stations yourself; you'll be building and leading the team that does.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Overall store operations and daily performance across all departments
- Leading, coaching, and holding accountable your Assistant Manager and department heads
- Hiring, onboarding, and building a strong team
- Approving inventory and stock orders
- Financial reporting, cash handling oversight, and POS reconciliation
- Customer relations and final‑level issue resolution
- Quality control and workplace safety standards

What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of management experience (restaurant, retail, or similar fast‑paced environment preferred)
- Bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish
- Open and flexible availability

- Someone who leads by example and takes pride in their work
