Responsibilities
As a General Manager, you’ll be the quarterback of your store, ensuring every shift is a win. You’ll:
- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee everything from quality control to team performance.
- Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, and develop a crew that delivers exceptional service.
- Drive Profitability: Manage budgets, control costs, and grow the restaurant’s revenue.

Qualifications
- Experience: Restaurant management or supervisory experience required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Certifications: Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred.
- Stamina: Comfortable lifting 25 lbs. and standing throughout your shift.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and restaurant tech.
- Availability: Able to work nights and weekends.
