This role partners closely with senior leadership across operations, quality, and business development to ensure the facility meets production goals, maintains operational excellence, and supports long-term organizational sustainability. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Manufacturing.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead all facility employees to achieve required production output and quality standards.Recommend and implement an effective organizational structure aligned with budgeted expectations.Ensure employees have the necessary training, tools, procedures, documentation, and equipment to perform successfully.Optimize facility layout and assign work based on skills to maximize efficiency.Manage labor, scheduling, and operational resources to meet turnaround times and financial targets.Drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and workflow.Support annual budgeting and organizational planning.Monitor and control facility costs and overall P&L performance.Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Product Development on forecasting, manufacturability, and innovation.Meet regularly with team leaders to review performance and provide feedback.Prepare and deliver operational and administrative reports to senior leadership.Provide input on strategic planning, personnel policies, and financial matters related to facility operations.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises up to 10 employees and holds overarching responsibility for all personnel within the facility.
