Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant and maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Set restaurant goals in partnership with leadership and develop plans to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve department performance.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a capable team for the restaurant’s future.
Qualifications
- Prior General Manager experience in high‑volume locations.
- Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older.
