We’re now at a pivotal moment of growth and seeking a General Manager to step into a key leadership role. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operator to lead a unified team across three distinct concepts — all sharing one kitchen and a commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do:- Oversee daily operations across multiple concepts and service styles
- Lead floor during peak shifts (brunch and dinner), coach staff, and model hospitality
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team with strong internal communication
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Operations team on planning, scheduling, and goals
- Drive service standards, efficiency, and operational excellence
- Support events, catering, and off-site activations with the broader leadership team
- Uphold safety, sanitation, labor law compliance, and company culture
- Focus on revenue growth and areas of opportunities to drive sales
Who You Are:
- 3–5+ years as a GM or senior manager in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- A strong communicator who leads by example and holds others accountable
- Passionate about great food, a great floor, and a great team
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working brunch and dinner shifts
- Energized by growth, organization, and solving problems with integrity
What We Offer:
- Salary: $95-$105,000+ depending on experience
