Responsibilities

  • Managing and leading a team of kitchen staff and front‑of‑house staff
  • Supervising and training the team to uphold high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Actively monitoring inventory levels and ordering activity
  • Proactively maintaining equipment in the store
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including participation in audits and inspections
  • Ensuring you and your team are compliant with employee labor laws
  • Handling and resolving customer concerns
  • Managing cash at stores (e.g., bank deposits)
  • Delivering conversations, warnings, and terminations with sufficient evidence and documentation when necessary
  • Building efficient schedules based on the needs of the business
  • Ensuring new hires/transfers are onboarded properly to the store
  • Organizing community engagement events
  • Managing the store’s controllable profit areas: sales, labor, and COGS

Skills

  • Previous experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • One (1) year of previous restaurant experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team (1 year preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Food handler certification, strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS

Requirements

  • U.S. work authorization (required)
  • High school or equivalent (GED)
  • Culinary education or mentorship (preferred)
  • Flexibility and an open schedule to allow you to cover shifts as needed
  • Reliable transportation to get you to work
  • Ability to work an 8‑hour shift, which may include weekends

Compensation

  • Salary of $70,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on your experience)
