What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day stand operations
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop Brewistas and Shift Leads
- Drive stand performance, staffing, food safety, inventory, and profitability
- Foster a fun, energetic, and positive culture
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an energetic leader who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and creating a workplace where people thrive.
Ideal candidates have:
- General Manager experience in restaurants, QSR, coffee, or hospitality
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- A hands-on leadership style
