As General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the club.
What We're Looking For
- Executive leadership experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Clubhouse Manager within a private club, country club, social club, or luxury hospitality environment.
- A proven leader with a visible, hands-on management style who enjoys interacting with members and developing exceptional teams.
- Strong food and beverage leadership with a passion for creating outstanding dining and hospitality experiences.
- Financial expertise including budgeting, P&L management, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Experience working collaboratively with a Board of Directors, ownership group, or advisory committee.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills with a commitment to creating a positive culture.
- Knowledge of golf operations and golf course maintenance is a plus.
- Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (commensurate with experience)
