Requirements
- Leadership or management experience in home services, construction, trades, or operations-heavy industries
- Proven success overseeing teams, KPIs, budgeting, and process execution
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, hold people accountable, and develop future leaders
- Experience scaling operations, improving processes, and managing cross-functional teams
- Financial literacy: P&L management, forecasting, and budget alignment
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and ability to build trust
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and workflow systems
- Culture-first mindset — prioritizes values, alignment, morale, and long-term team development
- Experience in landscaping is not required; passion for leadership and operations is more important than domain expertise
