About the Role

As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of this premium steakhouse concept. You will be responsible for:
• Overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Leading and mentoring a full culinary team, including executive chefs and pastry chefs, to maintain the highest standards of food and presentation.
• Collaborating with the sales director to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
• Managing a team of subordinate managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintaining financial oversight of a $5M operation, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Upholding the brand’s reputation for premium dining in a polished, upscale environment.
