What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to consistently achieve sales and operational goals
- Ensure staff maintain strong knowledge of club programs, amenities, and equipment
- Foster a professional, welcoming atmosphere that delivers an exceptional member experience
- Execute and support company programs and promotions to drive new membership growth
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience managing a fitness team
- Proven leadership skills with a hands‑on, people‑first approach
- Ability to balance sales performance, team development, and member satisfaction
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: Up to $80,000 per year
