General Manager

About the Role

As a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings you will create legendary experiences for guests, drive local restaurant marketing, and lead your restaurant to top performance in profit and loss results. You will guide the management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives, while also overseeing community connection and fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

• Create legendary experiences for guests.
• Develop and execute local restaurant marketing.
• Ensure the restaurant meets profit and loss objectives.
• Guide and develop the management team through performance meetings, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Oversee community connection and fundraising related activities.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience with previous General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures.
• Computer operations proficiency.
• Strong leadership ability to manage and direct the work of others.
• Champion of change and passion for training and developing your team.
• Ability to analyze profit and loss statements.
