We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing Taco Bell location, ensuring outstanding guest and employee experience while achieving strong financial results. The role commands a pay range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with a transparency range of $63,000 to $83,000.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and drive performance across food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads; conduct new‑hire orientation and create individualized training plans.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs; address performance issues and maintain high team engagement.
• Control the restaurant budget and create financial plans, including cost controls and revenue growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards.
