General Manager — Driveline Manufacturing

Location: Tampa Bay area, FL

Base: $125,000–$150,000 + performance bonus

The Company

We're a growing driveline manufacturing company, driveshafts, precision machining, and performance driveline components, owned and run by hands-on operators. This is a well-established Florida location with a strong reputation, loyal customers, and a team who knows how to build a great product.

The Job

You will run this location, the schedule, the people, the quality, the customers, and the P&L.

On a small team that also means running a machine when someone calls off, chasing a late shipment yourself, and taking the call from the customer who's unhappy. If "that's not my job" is in your vocabulary, this isn't your job.

You'll own:

• People — hire, train, develop, and hold accountable, including the hard conversations
• Production — scheduling, throughput, on-time delivery, shop floor discipline
• Quality — these parts go into vehicles at speed; there's no failure rate we shrug at
• Customers — you're the face of this location and you handle escalations personally
• Thenumber – site P&L: revenue, margin, labor, scrap, inventory
• The system — we run a proven operating playbook at headquarters. Your first year is largely about implementing it here without breaking what already works.

Training

Up to two months at our Midwest headquarters learning our products, processes, and standards alongside ownership. Company-provided housing and stipend. Then you relocate and run the site.

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years managing people in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or industrial services.
• P&L responsibility
• Mechanically credible
• A track record of raising a standard, not just maintaining one
• Able to relocate to the Tampa Bay area

Bonus: driveline, driveshaft, or automotive aftermarket background; performance/racing industry experience; EOS or similar operating system
