We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy General Manager who loves owning the floor and being the true face of the operation.
What You'll Do:
Lead front-of-house operations with an active, on-the-floor presence during peak service.
Deliver exceptional guest service, build relationships with regulars, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to maintain top-tier standards in hospitality and efficiency.
Oversee daily service execution, quality control, labor management, and financial targets.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume casual dining or Tex-Mex.
A natural host with a proven track record of outstanding guest relations and floor leadership.
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
Valid food manager and TABC certifications (or ability to obtain).
