- Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Manage labor, inventory, food costs, and overall financial performance
- Maintain exceptional standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume quick service restaurant
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing P&L, labor, inventory, and food costs
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Experience in upscale casual, deli, café, bakery, or chef-driven concepts preferred
