Key Duties
- Lead and develop the sales and service teams
- Oversee daily store operations and performance metrics
- Ensure high-quality customer service and problem resolution
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency
- Build relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Maintain compliance, safety, and facility standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience (automotive, retail, or service preferred)
