Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front of House General Manager to lead ourStevens Point Location
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house operations for a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members
- Establish and maintain a positive, accountable work culture
- Execute exceptional guest service and food quality standards
- Manage scheduling, shift execution, and labor cost controls
- Monitor sales, labor, and food costs to achieve financial goals
- Handle guest feedback and complaint resolution professionally
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and daily operational organization
- Be actively present on the floor and lead during peak service periods
Qualifications
- Previous front-of-house restaurant management experience required
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, and cost controls
- Ability to work the majority of shifts on your feet
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and building great teams
- Willingness to train in Different location (aprox-4 weeks)
