Responsibilities

• Lead the experience by managing all aspects of food production, guest service, and the direct crew and manager work.
• Proactively lead and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and coaching.
• Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
• Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Maintain a high level of safety for both guests and employees.
• Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.

• The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
• Experience making decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
