The Gillis Organization owns and operates McDonald's Restaurant Franchises in Bergen, Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean County in New Jersey. Responsibilities and Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team.
Qualifications
- General Manager experience running high-volume locations
- A background in quick service restaurants
- Experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven track record of coaching and developing staff
- High School Diploma/GED or higher education
- Excellent communication skills
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $58,000 - $85,000. Starting salary depends on experience and the volume of the locations! Plus, monthly bonus opportunities of $1,000 are based on performance.
