Working with the world's most iconic properties and brands, we elevate live events to make them unforgettable.Headquartered in Los Angeles, THE·TEAM's presence spans 28 countries and more than 70 cities, including New York, London, Abu Dhabi, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Madrid, Mexico City, Toronto, Paris and Sydney.We are seeking a General Manager, Site Operations, reporting to the Associate Vice President, Solutions, to serve as the central coordination and accountability point for the Charlotte Branding & Signage operation.This role is responsible for driving the daily operating rhythm of the site, maintaining visibility across active work, coordinating cross-functional priorities, and ensuring projects move through project management, design, prepress, print production, warehouse/shipping, and delivery with clarity, discipline, and urgency.Acting as the connective layer between Charlotte operations and functional leadership, this role supports alignment, issue resolution, schedule management, and execution accountability across all active work.

The General Manager will ensure priorities are clear, risks are surfaced early, blockers are removed, and deliverables remain on track in support of client commitments and overall site performance.This role requires a leader who can operate effectively in a matrixed environment, influence across functions, create structure in a fast-moving operation, and drive accountability while maintaining strong team collaboration and client focus.What You'll Do:The General Manager, Site Operations operates as the site-level execution integrator and operating cadence leader, accountable for:Owning and maintaining visibility to the end-to-end master schedule for Charlotte-driven workCoordinating priorities across project management, design, prepress, print production, warehouse/shipping, and deliveryDriving execution discipline, milestone accountability, and timely escalation of risks or capacity constraintsCreating site-level reporting and communication rhythms that improve transparency across Charlotte and broader LIVE·TEAM leadershipRemoving blockers, resolving competing priorities, and ensuring teams stay aligned to client commitmentsIdentifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement across scheduling, handoffs, workflows, and reportingThis role is not intended to replace functional leadership across project management, design, print, or production. Instead, it provides site-level coordination, prioritization, operating visibility, and escalation support to ensure the Charlotte operation runs with clarity and consistency.Key Responsibilities:Master Schedule Ownership & Execution ControlOwn and maintain the end-to-end master production and delivery schedule for all Charlotte-driven workAlign timelines across project management, design, print production, prepress, warehouse/shipping, and deliveryEnsure resource alignment, sequencing, and production readiness across functionsIdentify schedule conflicts early and drive timely resolution with the appropriate stakeholdersMaintain visibility to capacity constraints, competing priorities, and critical path dependenciesProject Delivery GovernanceDrive accountability across cross-functional teams for milestones, deadlines, handoffs, and deliverablesTrack project health across all active Charlotte jobs, including timeline, risk, dependencies, and decision needsFacilitate regular production and delivery meetings to ensure alignment and forward movementEscalate risks, delays, and capacity issues with clear recommendations and proposed next stepsSupport consistent execution standards across active work, including planning, tracking, production readiness, and delivery follow-throughSite Reporting & VisibilityMaintain site-level reporting tools that provide visibility across active work, capacity, risks, and delivery performanceTrack and report project status, including on track, at risk, delayed, or requiring leadership decisionProvide regular reporting to the Associate Vice President, Solutions and functional leadership to support faster decision-making and escalation.Cross-Functional CoordinationServe as the primary integrator across Charlotte project management, design, prepress, print production, warehouse/shipping, and delivery teamsCoordinate priorities between local project needs, centralized production resources, and functional leadersEnsure adherence to company processes, workflows, quality standards, and operating expectationsIssue Resolution & Escalation ManagementAct as the central escalation point for site-level delivery issues and operational blockersRemove blockers by coordinating ownership, next steps, and follow-up across teamsFacilitate rapid decision-making when priorities conflict or timelines are at riskEscalate unresolved issues with clear context, options, and recommended actionClient Delivery SupportPartner with Project Management to ensure client commitments, timelines, and expectations are understood and supported internallyStep in on high-risk, high-visibility, or operationally complex projects as neededEnsure internal alignment supports external commitments and client delivery expectationsSupport project teams in identifying delivery risks, resource needs, and schedule impacts before they become client-facing issuesHelp maintain a high standard of service, responsiveness, and execution quality across Charlotte-driven workContinuous ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in scheduling, handoffs, planning, communication, reporting, and workflow managementDrive process improvements across project management, design, production, prepress, warehouse/shipping, and deliveryHelp build a more scalable, disciplined, and repeatable
